March 30-April 1 - "TRASH BASH" WEEKEND
TRIP ONE: “Trash Bash” Weekend -- Trip Canceled.
TRIP TWO: Backpacking trip to Four Notch Loop -- This 10-mile hike is a side loop of the Lone Star Trail just south of Huntsville, TX. We will camp on Friday night at Stubblefield Lake Recreation Area, transport to the trail Saturday morning, and finish the hike around noon on Sunday. Along the way, we will be leaving the trail better than we found it by picking up trash along the way. -- Trip Full.
Once a
year thousands of volunteers gather along the Texas waterways to do their part
in cleaning up the environment and participate in the largest statewide event
to educate the public about the importance of our water resources. For more
