Backpack Trip - Four Notch Loop is 10 mile hike on a side loop of the Lone Star Trail just south of Huntsville, TX. We will camp somewhere near the trail Friday night, transport to the trail Saturday morning, and finish the hike before noon on Sunday. 24 students and 6 leaders will take part in this event.

April 9-11, 2010
Service Project - We will meet Friday night at Camp Strake. On Saturday, we will work with adult volunteer leaders to complete a number of trail maintenance projects in the Sam Houston National Forest.  We will spend Saturday night in the same campsite and do various bonding activities Sunday morning, until about noon. 24 students and 6 leaders will take part in this event.

April 16-19, 2010
Service Project - We will meet Friday night at Camp Strake. On Saturday, we will work with adult volunteer leaders to complete a number of trail maintenance projects in the Sam Houston National Forest. We will return to the campsite Saturday night for campfire activities and continue with bonding activities at the campsite Sunday morning. 24 students and 6 leaders will take part in this event.

July 17-31, 2010
144 students and 36 volunteer leaders will enjoy programming in camps in Yosemite National Park, Donner Pass, Marin Headlands, and Glacier National Park. 120 of the students and 24 of the leaders will enjoy a five night backpack trip as part of the experience.
